SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to join this leading technology company.

With a passion for providing outstanding service to customers and to colleagues, you and yourteam will be responsible for management of customer activity from the point of order confirmation to ongoing support. This includes liaising with customers, suppliers, installation teams and your colleagues to ensure a world-class customer experience.

You will be supported by a robust CRM system and an experienced team with whom you will improve, enforce and deliver a seamless customer service process.

You will be a confident, tenacious character who pursues excellence, whilst working closely in partnership with colleagues in our fun, friendly and supportive office.

The responsibilities of you and your team will be to:

  • Drive the company towards offering complete customer satisfaction at all times

  • Exceed customer expectations in how we deliver our products, services and support

  • Work in partnership with colleagues across the company to achieve a range of KPIs

  • Manage technology installation activity, liaising with colleagues, suppliers, customers and both in-house and sub-contracted installers

  • Measure, provide regular reports on and make improvements to the customer service and support we provide

  • Manage customer service and support cases, DOA and warranty issues and related areas

  • Train and motivate an internal support team to provide outstanding service to customers and colleagues

The successful candidate will have:

  • First rate customer interaction skills, ability to communicate at executive level and at operating level, willing and eager to speak to customers.

  • Proven management skills in a similar customer-focused environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Sage

  • Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office

  • Good organisational and administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience of managing a technical support function is desirable

SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR - TECHNICAL

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator with an interest in technical customer support, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager at this growing technology company, you will work hard to ensure customer orders are managed according to our processes, whilst overseeing all aspects of delivery and where appropriate, installation.

In addition, after a period of in house and on-site technical training you will act as the specialist on the team to support technical enquiries from customers, colleagues, suppliers and technology installers. This may include sense-checking that orders are correct according to customer requirements and supporting inbound technical customer enquiries – passing onto manufacturer partners as required.

You will be supported by a robust CRM system for logging calls, customer contact activity, customer supports cases and related content.

You will also work closely with colleagues in sales and other departments, ensuring an efficient, supportive and friendly service is provided to colleagues and customers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to build strong working relationships and work as part of a team

  • An excellent telephone manner which demonstrates exceptional levels of customer service

  • An interest in technical systems, providing technical support and/or technology in general

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • A flexible approach to responsibilities and changing priorities

  • A willingness to problem solve and use your initiative

  • The confidence to deal with customer issues on the telephone, escalating to the Service Delivery Manager as required

Desirable attributes include:

  • Knowledge of SAGE

  • Experience working with a CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

  • Previous scheduling experience. 

  • Knowledge of products and AV industry/market.
