Impact
Technology only matters if it changes something - for teachers, for pupils, for the people running the school day to day. Planning, choosing, buying and using EdTech well are the first steps. Observing and measuring the Impact is where this hard work pays off.

Too many schools invest in technology without properly understanding what impact they’re looking for, and then many don’t manage go back to check what it has achieved. Most of the time, it’s just the feeling that things are better. Or, if there’s ongoing snagging and challenges, sometimes a bit worse!
We know that schools deserve more than a feeling; we’re here to help you achieve, and then measure, the impact.

The Evidence
Across the schools and Trusts we work with, the pattern holds: technology planned, chosen, bought and used well produces results. We've seen teacher satisfaction scores above 95%, the equivalent of several extra learning days recovered per year, and hundreds of pounds saved per year on energy and the cost of worksheets - figures we've since used as the evidence base for large MAT rollouts and small primary schools alike.
These aren't one-off wins. They're what happens consistently once a school has the full picture of where they started, and the training to make the most of what they've bought.

Training multiplies the impact
None of this happens by accident. The schools that see the biggest impact are the ones where training reaches every layer of the school – starting with buy-in from school leaders and also ever-present in the classroom.
That means SLT using AI tools to cut down admin and workload, not just teachers using a new panel. It means teaching staff adapting their practice to use digital resources in place of printed worksheets - reducing both photocopying costs and prep time. It means IT teams confident enough to keep things running without a call to us every time something changes.
Impact is what happens when technology is understood and used well across the whole school – it’s what you pay for, and we’re here to help make it happens

Understand your own impact
Every school and Trust is different, so we don't stop at general evidence. Our research services - building on the same Classroom Healthcheck® data used in your Planning stage - let us come back and measure the difference technology has actually made at your school or across your Trust: engagement, time saved, cost avoided, and progress against your original goals.
This is what we mean when we say we're committed to helping schools, and everyone within them. We don't just want to supply your technology. We want to make sure it creates the impact you need.
