A Brief History...
We work hard to help hundreds of MATs, schools, teachers and learners to excel using technology - for teaching, learning, meetings, school halls and more.
This starts with understanding where you are now with technology and what your objectives are, helping you make fully-informed choices, supporting all aspects of procurement and installation and then working hard to ensure your teachers and IT teams receive comprehensive training and CPD.
We call this Planning, Choosing, Buying, Using. We are a values-led organisation - see our Company Values page which describes the shared way we do things.
Launched under the name of
“LME Ltd” – Learning Made Easier.

2003
The name of the company was changed to ‘Elementary Technology Ltd’ to reflect the core values that we adhere to.
May 2007
We launched the first dedicated website in the UK to sell visualisers online – thevisualisershop.com
2009
We launched thetouchscreenshop.com, providing customers with the largest range of classroom touchscreens in the marketplace.
2016
We began to populate our YouTube channel with a range of content and have since posted 200+ videos for training, success stories and more!
2017
We opened our pioneering Experience Centre at our new head office in Leeds.
2018
We continued our enormous growth, with our status as SMART Platinum Partner and Promethean Platinum Partner cementing our status as a leader in the sector.
2019
We launched a brand new range of Training & CPD Services for schools, focused on improving teaching and learning.
October 2020
We commenced work on digital transformation of all schools throughout Cardiff local authority.
Spring 2021
Our updated and revamped Experience Centre with separate meeting spaces opened and even more technology for schools to engage with.
March 2023
We attended the BETT awards as finalists for our outstanding work with Keelham Primary School under the "Collaboration With a School, College or University" category.
January 2025
Today...
We continue to deliver our range of education technology solutions across the country, supporting hundreds of schools to use technology to deliver better education.
